About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Proposal Writer (US Federal) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in proposal writing. This role requires strong writing, research, and organizational skills to develop compelling proposals for government and commercial clients.
What you'll do
- Assist in writing proposals in response to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs
- Research and analyze solicitation requirements to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and technical teams to gather proposal content
- Maintain proposal templates, boilerplate content, and best practices documentation
- Ensure clarity, consistency, and persuasiveness in proposal content
