What you'll do

• Support the Proposal Manager / Proposals Lead in the preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals
• Review Invitation to Bid (ITB) documents and assist in identifying key submission requirements
• Coordinate with various departments including Engineering, Procurement, Estimating, Project Controls, HSE, QA/QC, Finance, and HR to obtain required proposal inputs
• Assist in the preparation of proposal deliverables, compliance matrices, bid registers, and submission documentation
• Support the development and formatting of proposal documents, presentations, and client submissions

What you need
