Junior QA Automation

About the role

You will be part of our QA and Test Services (QATS) team, supporting quality engineering initiatives for critical client applications. In this role, you will contribute to Manual, Functional, and Automation testing practices across delivery teams, working closely with QA leads, SDETs, engineering, and business stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Analyze business and functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to identify test conditions, scenarios, and edge cases
• Perform Manual and Functional testing across application components, services, and end-to-end business flows, including smoke, sanity, regression, integration
• Prepare, review, and maintain high-quality test cases, test scenarios, and test data with clear steps, expected results, and coverage mapping
• Execute test cases (manual and automated), log defects with clear reproduction steps, track them to closure, and share concise test execution and status reports
• Manage test artifacts in Jira and Zephyr — create and run test cycles, link test cases to stories and defects
