Junior/Senior Specialist – HoReCa Sales - North and West India

About the role

Support the development of Bayfield’s HoReCa business across North & West India through customer acquisition, market coverage, product promotion, and day-to-day account management.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute HoReCa sales plans for the assigned region, including revenue, margin, customer acquisition, and market expansion
• Identify and develop key accounts and strategic HoReCa customers across hotels, QSRs, restaurants, caterers, cloud kitchens, and foodservice operators
• Leverage an established customer and market network to generate new business opportunities
• Lead customer presentations, product trials, sampling, demonstrations, and solution-based selling
• Drive cross-selling, upselling, new product introduction, and customer conversions
