About the role

Junior Technical Support Executive – Crew Accounts at JiBe Enterprise. Provide application support to end users of our Marine ERP product mainly on Crew Module and work on quick resolution of issues.

What you'll do

• Provide application support to end users of our Marine ERP product mainly on Crew Module and work on quick resolution of issues
• Coordinating with Client vessels and fleet for crew account module related issues
• Troubleshoot application and software related issues and determine the root cause for such issues
• Work on defined SLAs to ensure that our client receives the best of the services
• Ensure complete compliance of ticketing tool and report metrics daily

What you need

• 1–4 yrs of experience
• Ticketing tools
• ERP
• B.Tech or B.E.
