KAM / Market Access Manager – UAE (PSS08139)

About the role

To develop and execute market access strategies for the UAE pharmaceutical market, with a focus on building relationships with key healthcare stakeholders, hospitals, government institutions, payers and insurance companies to drive product access, institutional business and commercial growth.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement market access strategies for pharmaceutical products in the UAE
• Build and maintain relationships with government hospitals, private hospital groups, healthcare institutions, insurance companies and other key accounts
• Drive product listing, formulary inclusion, reimbursement and institutional procurement opportunities
• Identify key decision-makers and develop account plans to improve product access and business growth
• Manage government and institutional business opportunities, including tender planning, submissions and follow-ups
