About the role

The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible for managing and growing strategic merchant accounts for the online payment gateway business. The role involves both hunting (acquiring new merchants) and farming (managing and growing existing accounts) to drive revenue and strengthen long-term partnerships.

What you'll do

• Hunting – New Business Acquisition
• Identify and acquire new merchants for the online payment gateway platform
• Develop and execute strategies to onboard high-value e-commerce merchants
• Build a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking, and market research
• Conduct product presentations and negotiate commercial terms
