KANZ NBS Offering & Sales operations specialist

About the role

The NBS Offering Support is responsible for the day-to-day operational support, maintenance, release updates, and issue resolution across KANZ sales and digital tools, including Power BI dashboards. This role ensures sales tools and reporting dashboards remain accurate, up-to-date, and fully functional — enabling frontline teams to sell efficiently and make data-driven decisions.

What you'll do

• Responsible for the day-to-day operational support, maintenance, release updates, and issue resolution across KANZ sales and digital tools, including Power BI dashboards
• Execute sales tools updates and configuration changes aligned with global KTOC releases (NBS, FRB). Currently this is done twice a year
• Support end-to-end KTOC pricing testing, validation, and deployment across Australia and New Zealand
• Coordinate release readiness activities and ensure tools are updated
• Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for new releases, tool updates, and dashboard changes before go-live
