About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Manager specializing in the Recruitment module to lead global talent acquisition transformation projects.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and Recruiting Marketing modules
• Conduct client workshops to gather requirements and design global recruiting processes
• Configure requisition templates, candidate profiles, interview scheduling, and offer management workflows
• Manage integration with SAP Employee Central, onboarding systems, and external job boards
• Ensure alignment with global recruiting compliance, data privacy, and localization requirements
