Key Account Executive

About the role

To ensure seamless coordination and timely execution of inspection activities across clients, states, and inspection partners while maintaining compliance with defined standards. To enable accurate reporting, effective communication, and strong collaboration with ISP valuators and internal teams. To drive quality assurance, minimize escalations, and continuously improve inspection processes for enhanced client satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Ensure seamless coordination and timely execution of inspection activities across clients, states
• Enable accurate reporting, effective communication, and strong collaboration with ISP valuators and internal teams
• Drive quality assurance, minimize escalations, and continuously improve inspection processes for enhanced client satisfaction
• Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for clients and state teams for all inspection-related activities
• Schedule, coordinate, and manage inspections with clients and Inspection Service Providers (ISPs)
