What you'll do

• Lead and deliver on targets for new customer acquisition, repeat business, revenue, retention, fulfillment efficiency, and profitability
• Cross-Selling of Third-Party Products: Identify opportunities for cross-selling various third-party products to customers
• Building Client Business Partners and DSA Channel: Establish and nurture partnerships with local businesses and develop a robust DSA channel to drive business growth
• Liaising with Lending Partner Banks: Foster strong relationships with lending partner banks, collaborate on business strategies
• Risk and Audit and Compliance Adherence: Implement risk management protocols, ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
