Key Account Manager

About the role

We're hiring a Key Account Manager to grow Fleek's vendor and seller base in India. You'll sit in our Supply team, reporting to our Supply Lead and own a portfolio of India's most important vendor accounts end to end: finding them, signing them, onboarding them and scaling them. India is one of Fleek's most important supply markets and this role is the engine of its growth.

What you'll do

• Own onboarding and activation: Take new vendors from first conversation to live, healthy catalog on the platform, fast
• Grow catalog depth and quality: Drive healthy inventory onto the platform every month, growing over 20% month on month, with listing quality and freshness to match
• Drive GMV: Grow India's contribution in healthy monthly marketplace GMV, growing 30% month on month
• Improve retention and performance: Manage account health hand in hand with vendors, bringing cancellation rates down
• Build the playbooks: Turn what works into repeatable onboarding and scaling playbooks for the India vendor base

What you need
