Key Account Manager - HoReCa Sales

About the role

This position is responsible for managing HoReCa key accounts, acquiring new customers, driving revenue growth, strengthening brand presence across food service customers, coordinating logistics and distribution hub operations for seamless service delivery, and owning account-level profitability through disciplined pricing, trade terms, mix management and cost control.

What you'll do

• Handle Existing Key Accounts (India & Exports) and identify new opportunities of volume / revenue in HoReCa Channel
• Engage in market mapping, corporate requirement Analysis, Cost - benefit analysis, Feasibility/profitability Analysis
• Engage in New Business Initiatives, Generate New Product Development Ideas, Introducing New range of products to client
• Own brand management initiatives for key HoReCa accounts, including product positioning, account-specific brand activations, menu/application trials
• Coordinate with supply chain, distributors and logistics partners to ensure smooth order servicing, timely deliveries, stock availability, cold-chain compliance
