Key Account Manager - Manager - Brand EMI - Noida

About the role

Affordability at Paytm is an omni-channel business driving EMI and credit solutions at the point of sale across online and offline merchants. The team partners with leading Banks and NBFCs to enable seamless and scalable credit access for customers. As a Key Account Manager – Issuer Alliances, you will support and manage relationships with Banks and NBFC partners to drive EMI and credit adoption across the Paytm ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day coordination with issuer partners (Banks/NBFCs) for ongoing EMI and credit programs
• Support onboarding of new issuer partners and assist in expanding existing partnerships
• Work on execution of joint business plans with partners to drive disbursals and activation
• Coordinate with internal teams (product, operations, finance, tech) to ensure timely launch of offers and programs
• Track and monitor key metrics such as approvals, conversions, and disburse
