Key Account Manager - Microsoft Account

About the role

We are looking for a Key Account Manager – Microsoft Account to manage and grow the Microsoft account/business. The role will be responsible for building strong relationships with Microsoft stakeholders, understanding business requirements, identifying opportunities and coordinating with internal teams to deliver the right training and technology solutions.

What you'll do

• Manage and develop relationships with Microsoft stakeholders and account teams
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned Microsoft-related accounts and opportunities
• Drive account growth, revenue and new business opportunities
• Work closely with Microsoft teams to identify training, certification, cloud and upskilling opportunities
• Coordinate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Training and Operations teams for smooth execution
