What you'll do

• Drive long-term business success by mastering sales strategies, nurturing customer relationships and identifying new opportunities
• Also bring relief and peace of mind to pet owners around the world
• Negotiate rates with customers in alignment with the business units (BU), ensuring rate sheets are documented + maintained as needed by the BU’s
• Ensure compliance with our sales management processes + systems, ensuring correct + timely updates in our customer relationship system (CRM)
• Monitor monthly performance against set targets ensuring that immediate actions address deviations
