About the role

We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Kitchen Stewarding Executive to join our dynamic culinary team in Udaipur, India. In this pivotal supervisory role, you'll lead kitchen stewarding operations with a focus on maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, equipment care, and food safety.

What you'll do

• Conduct regular inspections and audits of kitchen facilities to identify maintenance needs, equipment issues, and areas for improvement
• Manage inventory of stewarding supplies and equipment, optimizing stock levels while maintaining cost efficiency
• Collaborate with the culinary team and kitchen management to resolve operational challenges and implement process improvements
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food safety regulations, maintaining detailed records and documentation
• Analyze operational performance metrics and provide recommendations to enhance organizational efficiency and service quality
