Kronos Specialist

About the role

The Kronos Specialist should have general knowledge of Kronos 8.1 (or sooner, latest technologies stack, that range from the traditional architectures to micro services and cloud enabled architectures. Lead the development and design sessions focused on solutions optimization related to information technology operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the Kronos application.

What you'll do

• Lead the development and design sessions focused on solutions optimization related to information technology operations, business processes, security
• Identify and manage new Kronos release changes as well as collaborate with other team members to make recommendations based on the needs of the organization
• Support and drive the evolution of the Kronos development methodology including development and documentation standards, testing procedures
• Ensure technical and production issues are quickly resolved and suggest strategies and solutions to help reduce the likelihood of reoccurrence
• Participate and support the Kronos strategy to stakeholders to achieve cross-organizational alignment
