KYC Operations Sr. Supervisor-Pre -Periodic Review

About the role

This is a developing professional role in KYC, AML, Account Opening & Documentation Review, responsible to support the client onboarding of Citi Private Bank clients. Deals with problems independently and has latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates established disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area with basic understanding of related industry practices.

What you'll do

• Perform independent, in-depth KYC due diligence for new and existing clients
• Conduct and analyze complex Enhanced Due Diligence like Source of Wealth, Source of Wealth Corroboration, client name screening dispositions
• Proactively identify, analyze, and escalate potential money laundering risks, suspicious activities, and compliance deficiencies to senior management with transparency
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on KYC matters, providing guidance and support to senior stakeholders, private bankers, and other team members
• Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders to manage exceptions, resolve complex issues, and facilitate a seamless and efficient onboarding experience
