L1 Support

About the role

As an L1 Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for production and application-related issues. You will monitor systems, identify and troubleshoot issues, respond to incidents, communicate with relevant stakeholders, and ensure timely escalation of issues that require deeper technical investigation.

What you'll do

• Monitor production systems and identify incidents or anomalies
• Troubleshoot application issues using logs, dashboards, SQL, and monitoring tools
• Handle incidents within defined SLAs and provide timely status updates
• Maintain accurate incident logs, shift handover notes, and monitoring reports
• Escalate critical or unresolved issues to L2/L3 or engineering teams

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• Troubleshooting
• Networking
• SQL
• Any graduate
