L2 Application Support Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced L2 Support Engineer to provide application and infrastructure support for project-related initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise across application deployment, environment setup, middleware, databases, infrastructure, and monitoring tools, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in complex enterprise environments.

What you'll do

• Provide Level-2 (L2) application support for project and production-related activities
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot UAT (User Acceptance Testing) environments
• Support and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth application deployments
• Configure, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications across different environments
• Investigate and resolve application, infrastructure, and database-related issues
