As an L2 Network Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the monitoring,maintenance, and support of our network infrastructure including the call centre. What you'll do

• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, switches, firewalls, and other network equipment
• Configure and manage Meraki and Cisco switches. Troubleshoot network issues in collaboration with Local IT teams to address performance degradation and ensure service…
• Implement network upgrades, changes, and enhancements
• Work closely with L1 support and other technical teams to resolve complex network issues
• Ensure network security, compliance, and adherence to industry best practices
