L3 - MC DMS - NE - Bongaigaon - BACL at Bajaj Auto. Managing the collections through team of COs/DMAs.

What you'll do

• Managing the collections through team of COs/DMAs
• Responsible for the collection’s performance on various collection parameters such as: a
• Bucket wise resolutions (Including the Roll forward rates, Loan loss provisioning, and Penal interest collection for the assigned geographical area.)
• Performance review on field – monthly basis and Quarterly performance review of the CO’s of allocated collection targets
• Monthly review (Agency performance, acting against the low performer COs, DMAs (off rolls) & agencies
