About the role

This role has been designed as ‘’Onsite’ with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office.

A Lab Administrator is responsible for the closure of a high number of trouble tickets submitted by various individuals throughout the company
Installation of network and/or computer equipment
Software re-installation of lab devices
Adding new devices to our database system
Troubleshooting and replacing of broken hardware
