Lab Manager

About the role

The position is an experienced laboratory manager with excellent understanding of high pressure hydraulic testing for product qualification, electronic component testing and laboratory equipment operations. The candidate will report to the Site Director. We are seeking a candidate who possesses a strong background in high pressure testing and can demonstrate proficiency in a variety of analytical techniques.

What you'll do

• Supervise, manage, and motivate the laborateam tory members daily
• Responsible for all HSE related matters and legal compliance for the lab
• Responsible for being familiar with the Company's Quality policies and takes an active role in the compliance and improvement of Weatherford’s Management System
• Responsible for ensuring quality at the lab for all projects and processes
• Maintain testing schedule for the lab assets, tracking utilization of assets, and ensuring the documentation of maintenance performed on test assets and equipment
