About the role

A successful VP - Land Acquisition should have: A degree in real estate, urban planning, business administration, or a related field. Proven expertise in land acquisition and property development within the building & construction industry. Competitive remuneration package aligned with industry standards.

What you'll do

  • Leading Indian real estate developer with a legacy of 50+ years
  • Identify potential land opportunities for development in line with business objectives
  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess the viability of land acquisition projects
  • Lead negotiations with landowners, brokers, and other stakeholders to secure favorable terms
  • Oversee legal due diligence processes, including reviewing property titles and resolving disputes
