About the role

Check laundry bags and verify guest laundry lists for accuracy. Tag and record all garments accurately to avoid loss or mix-ups. Immediately report damaged, missing, or misplaced garments to the supervisor.

What you'll do

• Collect guest laundry, dry-cleaning, and pressing items from guest rooms as per hotel procedures
• Ensure proper handling of guest garments to prevent damage, stains, or colour transfer
• Coordinate with the laundry team to ensure timely processing of guest laundry
• Assist in washing, drying, pressing, folding, and finishing garments as required
• Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently, following standard operating procedures

What you need
