Law Officer - Recovery| Pune

About the role

While posted in ARBs / Zonal Offices, these officers need to adopt the role of a Branch Head and undertake duties relating to asset recovery like meeting / interacting with borrowers, field / security visits, taking symbolic / physical possession of secured assets / support branches in these areas etc.

What you'll do

• Interact with branches / offices / panel advocates with regard to the files handled by them
• Achieving the set goals for NPA recovery
• Follow up & Monitoring of suit filed and decreed accounts
• Follow up & monitoring of accounts pending before NCLTs
• Follow up & monitoring of SARFAESI initiated cases

What you need

• 5–10 yrs of experience
• MIS reporting
• BA LLB or LLB
