About the role

As part of the major Orbit transformation, you will play a pivotal role in translating strategic design into a fully operational, world-class delivery environment . Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and team alignment, enabling us to deliver our best work. You will work primarily in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for 20% of your time (one day per week).

What you'll do

• Orchestrate End-to-End GCC Setup: Lead the complete physical establishment of the center, including facilities, workplace design
• Drive Operational Readiness: Validate and ensure that all necessary systems, tools, operational processes
• Manage Local Vendor Ecosystems: Oversee critical relationships with local vendors and service providers, ensuring strict adherence to delivery quality, timelines
• Ensure Stabilization & Continuity: Support the seamless transition of business activities into the GCC
