What you'll do
- Assist in handling queries receiving from Law Enforcement Agencies (LEA)/Other regulatory Authorities
- Support in conducting account/customer search
- Advising and follow ups with concerned branches/departments with respect to LEA Inquiries
- Assist in data preparations for regulatory reporting
- Preparing daily MIS on the data received and Coordinating with internal stakeholders for monthly and quarterly regulatory submissions
