About the role

The Print Management & Mercury OMS Engineer (L2) is responsible for the operational support, administration, and maintenance of enterprise print services, printer infrastructure, print queues, print servers, and the Mercury Output Management System (OMS).

What you'll do

• Print Service Administration Provide L2 support for enterprise print services
• Administer printer configurations and print environments
• Support printer onboarding, relocation, and decommissioning activities
• Maintain print service operational health
• Support office and factory printing environments Mercury OMS Operations Support Mercury Output Management System (OMS) operations
