Lead Administrator (Support &Operations)

About the role

Handle P1/P2 critical incidents and major outages. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions. Provide L3 support for complex technical issues. Work closely with Microsoft support for critical escalations. Implement RBAC policies and access governance. Configure Conditional Access Policies and MFA.
