About the role

The design authority and quality bar for the team — a functional-governance role for the most technical, most trusted consultant in the room. You set the solution-quality bar across the whole team, frame and gate-review the hardest solutions before they ship, build the industry-specific playbooks and reusable AI assets that scale everyone, and lead from the front, hands-on, on the toughest work.

What you'll do

• Design authority and the solution-quality bar across the team — you frame the hardest problems and gate-review solutions before they ship
• Leading from the front — hands-on where the solution stretches beyond out-of-the-box — and coaching the Seniors

What you need

• 8–14 yrs of experience
