About the role

Lead Analyst at 7-Eleven Global Solution Center. Perform reconciliation of Bill of Lading (BOL) with Automatic Tank Gauge (ATG) data, identifying and analyzing variances within the accounting system.

What you'll do

  • Perform reconciliation of Bill of Lading (BOL) with Automatic Tank Gauge (ATG) data, identifying and analyzing variances within the accounting system
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve transaction-related discrepancies and inquiries in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate corrections and drive resolution of identified issues
  • Analyze root causes of discrepancies and communicate findings to support continuous process improvement
  • Assist in enhancing processes, maintaining documentation, and strengthening internal controls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
