Lead Applications Development - Lead – Workday HCM Development

About the role

We are looking for a Lead – Workday Development to play a hands-on technical leadership role in enhancing and evolving AT&T’s established Workday HCM platform. The platform has been in production for the past three years and supports critical HR integrations, workflows, applications, reporting, and automation capabilities across AT&T’s HR ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Lead – Workday Development
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations, extensions, and automation solutions across multiple HCM domains
• Take direct ownership of complex and critical development activities requiring deep technical expertise and hands-on troubleshooting
• Conduct solution design reviews, code reviews, and technical walkthroughs to ensure consistency, scalability, security, performance, and maintainability
• Identify opportunities to modernize and simplify existing Workday solutions , reduce technical debt, improve performance, and increase automation

What you need
