About the role

Lead AQE Engineer at Lighting. Accounts for all end-to-end quality-related deliverables in the NPDL process and fast track development projects.

What you'll do

• Accounts for all end-to-end quality-related deliverables in the NPDL process and fast track development projects
• Coaches, trains and other functions on execution of quality activities such as CTQ, FMEA, Supplier selection, PPAP, QTP, Process validation, Reliability prediction
• Presents the quality status in NPDL Gate and MS review and defines and drives corrective actions to meet deliverables
• Assured that budget is defined in the project to meet quality deliverables
• Sets quality KPI in NPDL Project

• 12–22 yrs of experience

• Confluence

• B.Tech or B.E. or M.Tech or BBA or MBA
