About the role

Daily task of receiving cash, applying cash to correct policies, research for unapplied cash, Reporting and resolving open items with Onshore billing partners.• Sound Knowledge of query management, Notice of cancellation, Collections & billing centre Handling premium cash application for different lockboxes, (Like wire, ACH)

What you'll do

• Handling premium cash application for different lockboxes, (Like wire, ACH)
• Managing Year, Month and quarter end expectation with stringent timelines
• Prepare/extract reports and investigate accounting issues
• Meet the timeliness and accuracy parameters of cash applications
• Responsible for overseeing day-to-day team operations, ensuring delivery against business objectives, managing stakeholder expectations
