What you'll do

• Interact with the client both over e-mails and conference calls as necessary
• Interact with Vendors / Requestors as necessary
• Analyze and research all discrepancies/exceptions in the process
• Monitor key performance parameters of the process
• Work under minimum supervision and to comply with established procedures or as directed by Manager
