About the role
Recruit high-quality candidates aligned to the SGFA/APAC Success Profile. Responsible for delivering Order to Cash operations while ensuring compliance, accuracy, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

- Handle complex OTC exceptions and escalations
- Analyze ageing, disputes and reconciliation issues
- Support client communication and reporting
- Drive process improvement initiatives
