Lead Associate - Marketplace

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Associate – E-commerce (Sell + Buy) with 3.5 to 6 years of core e-commerce experience to drive our marketplace acquisition and sales strategies. In this role, you will play a crucial part in scaling our platform by overseeing both the buying and selling ecosystems.

What you'll do

• Play a crucial part in scaling our platform by overseeing both the buying and selling ecosystems
• Lead a team, manage high-value supplier and seller relationships, and use data-driven market insights to ensure our sales targets and revenue goals are consistently met
• Develop and execute end-to-end buying and selling strategies to consistently hit platform revenue targets
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior patterns to identify untapped growth opportunities
• Monitor performance metrics closely, generating sales reports and actionable recommendations for improvement
