About the role

GE Vernova is on a mission to electrify and decarbonize the world. The Lead Integration Leader plays a vital role in this mission, and it is a high-impact technical leadership role within the Wind Blade Subsystem organization. In this position, you will lead the integration of complex wind blade subsystems, driving the technical strategy from initial architecture through to fleet validation.

What you'll do

  • Technical Integration Execution: Drive the technical execution of wind blade subsystem integration
  • Act as the primary technical anchor for cross-functional teams, ensuring that wind blade designs are safe, reliable, and globally competitive
