Lead - Branch Operations

About the role

To manage Branch Operations and ensure superior service delivery to clients. The incumbent should ensure to put effective controls in place so that processes are being followed with internal SOPs and Regulatory guidelines. He/she need to maintain and exercise effective control over allotted product portfolios and ensure that services to customers are of the highest standard.

What you'll do

• Ensuring effective delivery of operations in the branch
• Provide regular updates on complex transactions /share of knowledge with the Team members
• Assist and support Senior Lead/RH to achieve organisational goals as per KPI
• Avoid any financial and reputational risk to the bank
• Ensure all regulatory & statutory notices are attended & responded as per internal guidelines

What you need

• 5–10 yrs of experience
• MIS reporting

• B.Com or BMS or B.Sc or BA or BBA or MBA or M.Com
