About the role

Lead Business Analyst at FRI FIL India Business and Research Services. Liaise directly with Business Stakeholders from Fidelity’s General Counsel function to define a mutually agreed set of project requirements and solutions.

What you'll do

  • Liaise directly with Business Stakeholders from Fidelity’s General Counsel function to define a mutually agreed set of project requirements and solutions
  • Provide trusted advice to stakeholders by building relationships across the portfolios. Be able to influence stakeholder decisions at all levels
  • Work collaboratively in an agile approach with solution architects, UX designers
  • Prepare professional Business Analysis documentation to capture user requirements, acceptance criteria and testing documentation
  • Maintain data dictionaries and catalogues to ensure good data quality in all deliverables
