What you'll do

• Lead requirements gathering and solution design for US benefits administration, covering health and welfare plans, open enrollment, life events, eligibility rules
• Turn complex client and regulatory needs (ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA) into clear functional specifications, user stories
• Act as the main contact between onshore stakeholders, clients, and offshore delivery teams, managing priorities, scope
• Mentor and guide a team of BAs, review their deliverables for quality and domain accuracy, and drive process improvements across the project lifecycle

What you need

• 8–15 yrs of experience
• Insurance
• Business analysis
• MBA or B.Tech or B.E.

What you get

• ₹8.6k–₹10k a hour
