About the role

Lead the preparation, monitoring, and reporting of CAPEX budgets for owned hospitality assets. Collaborate with operations and business development teams to prioritize and approve capital projects based on ROI and strategic alignment. Conduct post-investment analysis and performance evaluation of completed projects.

What you'll do

• Lead the preparation, monitoring, and reporting of CAPEX budgets for owned hospitality assets

• Conduct post-investment analysis and performance evaluation of completed projects
• Ensure adherence to financial policies, capital approval procedures, and investment frameworks
• Prepare timely and accurate MIS reports, financial dashboards, and variance analyses for owned assets

What you need

• 6–10 yrs of experience
• MIS reporting
• Dashboarding
• Financial reporting
• Cash flow
• Financial modelling
• Internal controls
• Chartered Accountant or MBA
