About the role

Advanced financial modelling, valuation, investment appraisal, and due diligence capabilities. MBA, CA, CFA, Engineering, Finance, or a related qualification from a reputed institution; CFA qualification would be advantageous. A challenging role with impactful responsibilities. What you'll do

• Shape investments driving the energy transition at scale
• Lead high-impact fundraising and M&A transactions
• Support enterprise-wide capital allocation frameworks, investment governance, and portfolio performance management
• Drive debt and equity fundraising initiatives, investor engagement, due diligence processes, and transaction execution
• Lead M&A, strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and asset monetisation opportunities
