Lead Civil Engineer -HVDC

About the role

We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Lead Civil Engineer specializing in HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) systems to join our organization in Gurugram, India. In this leadership role, you will oversee the civil engineering aspects of HVDC transmission projects, directing a team of engineers and ensuring the successful delivery of complex infrastructure initiatives.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage civil engineering teams on HVDC transmission line projects, from design through construction and commissioning
• Develop comprehensive civil design solutions for HVDC infrastructure, including tower foundations, cable routes, and substation layouts
• Analyze project requirements and technical specifications to ensure compliance with Indian power sector standards and international best practices
• Oversee site supervision, quality control, and safety protocols to maintain project timelines and quality benchmarks
• Collaborate with electrical engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to integrate civil design with overall HVDC system requirements
