About the role

The role involves supporting project managers and team leaders by providing civil design support to ensure project outcomes align with budget, schedule, technical, and quality standards, meeting both client and STANTEC expectations.

What you'll do

  • Engineering and designing water and wastewater treatment plants (WTP and WWTP)
  • Leading the technical delivery of various water/wastewater treatment projects from the Pune office
  • Managing day-to-day liaison with Regional Project Managers and engineers to ensure project deliverables meet client scope, budget, timescale, and quality requirements
  • Supporting the team leader with resource and other management duties
  • Driving innovation and digital delivery
