Lead Client Servicing Associate

About the role

The Reporting Operations role is responsible for the creation and set up of new custom financial reporting for existing clients. They will also establish customized reports as per client specifications during the Client Onboarding stage.

What you'll do

• Oversee the reporting requests from existing (Live) clients in addition to the onboarding clients
• Take part in client calls to discuss, understand and scope out reporting requirements during the onboarding/implementation stage
• Construct custom fields/columns using Java/JavaScript code to meet the varying needs of our diverse client base
• Partner with the Product Management team to work on complex reporting requirements and determine product enhancements with respect to columns/fields
