Lead, Commercial Agreements

About the role

Commercial Transactions Professional specializing in nondisclosure agreements (“NDAs”) and customer sales agreements for business-to-business transactions for custom product development and high-volume sales of goods. This position reports to the V.P. & Counsel of Commercial Agreements, Legal and Corporate Affairs.

What you'll do

• Lead GF’s NDA contract template development and playbook
• Review and redline customer template agreements and redlines of GF NDAs
• Draft and negotiate sales agreements with customers and internal clients to obtain deal closure
• Ensure all signed agreements meet governance requirements, including creating approval packages for signed deals
• Provide advice to various functional areas of the business on contract terms and conditions, including identifying and mitigating risks

What you need

• 8–12 yrs of experience
